This is built for you if:
You run a service business (consulting, contracting, healthcare, legal, financial services, home services, marketing, IT, or similar)
Your revenue is between $500,000 and $10 million per year
You have between 2 and 30 employees
You are the owner or report directly to the owner
Your business is in the United States
You know AI is relevant but are not sure where to start or what to trust
You want specific answers, not a sales pitch for more consulting
This is probably not a fit if:
Your revenue is under $500,000. You are likely too early for paid implementation scoping. We will tell you so in the diagnostic and release your card authorization.
Your revenue is over $10 million. You need enterprise-grade consulting that is outside our scope. We will refer you to appropriate resources.
You report to a board or institutional investors. The diagnostic is designed for operators who can make implementation decisions directly.
You sell physical products or run e-commerce. The diagnostic is calibrated for service businesses.
Your business is outside the United States. Hands-on tiers require domestic travel. International buyers are referred elsewhere.
You want custom software development. The diagnostic recommends existing tools and configurations, not bespoke code.
