The service

The Standalone (operated by Relic Road LLC) provides a paid AI implementation diagnostic for businesses. The diagnostic costs $1,500 and produces a customized PDF report with tool recommendations and implementation guidance.

Payment and authorization

Your card is authorized for $1,500 when you begin the diagnostic. You are only charged after the questionnaire is complete and you qualify. If the diagnostic determines your business is not a fit, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

Authorizations expire after 7 days. If you do not complete the questionnaire within 7 days, you may need to re-authorize your card to continue.

What you receive

A 12 to 18 page PDF diagnostic report, delivered to your email within 48 hours of questionnaire completion. The report includes specific tool recommendations, cost breakdowns, and a tier engagement recommendation.

Engagement tiers

The diagnostic may recommend follow-on engagement (coaching or done-for-you implementation). These are separate engagements with separate pricing. You are not obligated to proceed with any tier recommendation.

Limitations

The diagnostic provides recommendations based on information you provide through the questionnaire. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Recommendations are for informational purposes and should be evaluated in context of your specific situation.

The diagnostic is available to US-based service businesses only. International buyers and businesses outside our qualifying criteria may be declined and will not be charged.

Refunds

If the diagnostic determines your business does not qualify, you are not charged. For qualified diagnostics that have been delivered, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your report.
