The Standalone is operated by Talisman Capital, Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). Our website is thestandalone.ai. We provide a free business assessment that helps owners see where they may be losing money and time.

When you visit our site, we collect basic usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited and time on site. This data is anonymized and used to improve the site experience.

Your answers are used to generate your personalized assessment report. Your email is used to deliver the report and to communicate with you about your assessment. Your contact information may be used to follow up about working together.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your assessment answers with anyone except as necessary to generate and deliver your report.

Third-party services

We use the following services that may process your data: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores your contact record and assessment results; Google Analytics (site usage); and our hosting provider (Abacus AI). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Text messages

If you choose to opt in, we may send you text messages related to your assessment. Opting in is optional and is never required to take the assessment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your phone number or your SMS consent to anyone.

Data retention

Your assessment data is retained for as long as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
