Question 1

Is the assessment really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It takes about ten minutes, it does not ask for a card, and when you finish you get a report that shows where your business is leaking and what each leak costs. The report is yours to keep and act on whether or not you ever call me.

Question 2

Do I have to talk to anyone?

Accepted Answer

No. The call is optional. If you want to talk it through, it is fifteen minutes and you book it yourself. If you would rather just take the report and run with it, that is fine too.

Question 3

What happens on the call?

Accepted Answer

We look at your numbers together. If they hold up, I tell you what I would build and what it costs. If they do not hold up, I tell you that instead. It is a conversation, not a pitch.

Question 4

Is this a chatbot or a person?

Accepted Answer

Both, and you always know which one you are talking to. The AI answers the phone, follows up on leads, and keeps the books current. I am the person on the other end of the transfer when it needs one.
