When do I actually get charged?

Accepted Answer

Your card is authorized (a hold is placed) when you start the diagnostic. You are only charged after the questionnaire is complete and you qualify. If the diagnostic determines your business is not a fit, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

How long does the questionnaire take?

Accepted Answer

About 15 minutes for most people. The questionnaire adapts based on your answers, so the total ranges from 25 to 45 questions. You can save your progress and come back later.

When will I receive my diagnostic report?

Within 48 hours of completing the questionnaire, usually faster. Every report is reviewed by a human before delivery.

What if AI is not actually a good fit for my business?

The diagnostic will tell you. If your business does not qualify based on the questionnaire, your card authorization is released and you pay nothing. If you qualify but the recommended scope is small, the report says so. We do not invent work that does not exist.

Do I have to buy coaching or done-for-you services after the diagnostic?

No. The diagnostic includes a tier recommendation, but you decide what to do with it. If Tier 1 (self-implementation) is the recommendation, the report itself is detailed enough to follow on your own.

US-based service businesses with $500,000 to $10 million in revenue and 2 to 30 employees. The owner or a direct report to the owner needs to be the one taking the diagnostic. Industries include consulting, contracting, healthcare, legal, financial services, home services, marketing, IT, and similar.

What if I am not sure I qualify?

Start the diagnostic. Your card is authorized but not charged until completion. If the questionnaire reveals your situation is not a fit, we release the authorization. The only downside risk is about 15 minutes of your time.

Is this just another AI consulting firm?

Accepted Answer

No. Enterprise consulting firms scope large engagements before they understand your business. The Standalone does the diagnostic first and recommends the smallest effective scope. If that means you implement on your own with a guide, we will say so.
